There were well-appointed rooms with deluxe bedding and all the comforts and kitchenette. The extremely friendly and excellent staff was much appreciated. The hotel location was particularly good and excellent to all local events.

The hotel was located just next door to the casinos in the area as well as the shared restaurant with the HGI. All the staff was excellent, tackled my issues. Its location was good, close to great nightlife.

The location was particularly good - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It was located in a very nice area just off the Hilton Garden Inn restaurant next door, casinos and local restaurants and Louisiana Boardwalk.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bossier City and I must say, it was great value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a fully stocked kitchenette! The location was convenient and the staff treated me like royalty, always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe more variety would be nice.

Truly enjoyed Bossier City, the hotel was wonderful close to many attractions. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with the bedroom and deluxe bedding, for instance. The restaurant had excellent food. The whole experience was nice.

Magnificent location to an outdoor shopping center. Special stay in very very nice area. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a dining area, a writing desk and ironing facilities in the room. Separate bedrooms, top-class and efficient staff.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning AC. The bathroom was large and had all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the hotel facilities, such as the computer room and pool, were convenient and well-maintained. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The front desk help at night were not friendly and we stayed at the hotel for 9 nights, they were very rude and not helpful.
